The fruit of the Spirit

22 But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23 AMP). The fruit you struggle with the most is the one that will be used to discipline and correct you.
19 Those whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I rebuke and discipline [showing them their faults and instructing them]; so be enthusiastic and repent [change your inner self—your old way of thinking, your sinful behaviour—seek God’s will]. (Revelation 3:19 AMP).
You’ve got to change the way you think, renew your mind by allowing the Holy Spirit to change you from the inside out. God has blessed you but access to the blessing is based on your willingness to renew your mind and mature spiritually.
Be transformed and progressively changed [as you mature spiritually] by the renewing of your mind [focusing on godly values and ethical attitudes], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His plan and purpose for you]. (Romans 12:2 AMP).

Are you actually conscious of the nine fruits?
Do you constantly check whether you exhibit these fruits in your daily interactions with others?
Do your colleagues at work see love, peace, patience, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, kindness, joy and self-control in you?
Jesus said: 15 “Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. 16 You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions. (Matthew 7:15-16, 20).
For all who are led by the Spirit are the children of God (Romans 8:14). Children of God are identified by their fruit: does your fruit instantly identify you as a child of God?
