We the members of the jury find you: Not Guilty!

There is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus!
So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One. (Romans 8:1 The Passion Translation). Therefore there is now no condemnation [no guilty verdict, no punishment] for those who are in Christ Jesus [who believe in Him as personal Lord and Savior]. (AMP). So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. (NLT).
31 So, what does all this mean? If God has determined to stand with us, tell me, who then could ever stand against us? 32 For God has proved his love by giving us his greatest treasure, the gift of his Son. And since God freely offered him up as the sacrifice for us all, he certainly won’t withhold from us anything else he has to give.
33 Who then would dare to accuse those whom God has chosen in love to be his? God himself is the judge who has issued his final verdict over them—“Not guilty!”
34 Who then is left to condemn us? Certainly not Jesus, the Anointed One! For he gave his life for us, and even more than that, he has conquered death and is now risen, exalted, and enthroned by God at his right hand. So how could he possibly condemn us since he is continually praying for our triumph? (Romans 8:31-34 TPT).
There are 1,189 chapters in the bible and Romans 8 is easily one of the greatest chapters.
Read, study, meditate and pray for the full revelation of Romans 8.

Can someone shout - Jesus!

Abba Father! Mercy!

David stated: Have mercy on me, O God, because of your unfailing love.  Because of your great compassion, blot out the stain of my sins. (Psalms 51:1 NLT).
You might think: but I have confessed my sins, repented and I am now righteous before God. You are righteous but beware of over confidence.

31 “But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. 36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
37 “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? 39 When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
40 “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’
41 “Then the King will turn to those on the left and say, ‘Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons. 42 For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink. 43 I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
44 “Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’
45 “And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’
46 “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.” (Matthew 25:31-46 NLT).

Beware of over confidence. Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it. (James 4:17 NLT). Are you a repeat offender?

The revelations in this recording are mind blowing- light bulbs were popping!
The one that sticks out is: Good people leave an inheritance to their grandchildren, but the sinner's wealth passes to the godly. (Proverbs 13:22). Ever wondered how it passes? Find out.

Billy Graham's Greatest Sermon - "Who is Jesus?"

Why was Billy Graham's message so impactful?
What contributed to thousands of people standing up at the end of his message to surrender their life to Christ?

In his book, All Marketers Tell Stories, Seth Godin explains that great marketers don't talk about features or even benefits. Instead they tell a story - a story we want to believe, whether it's factual or not. Marketers succeed when they tell us a story that fits our worldview, a story that we intuitively embrace and then share with our friends. All marketers are storytellers.

The best selling book in the world is the bible. I repeat the best selling book in the world is the Holy Bible! It has the most fascinating, impactful, spectacular, compelling and supernatural stories from genesis to revelation. We have the perfect source to find stories that we can use to share the good news in a fun and impactful way.

Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17). Yes, it's the Holy Spirit that will convict the world of it's sin, God's righteousness and pending judgement. (John 16:8 NLT). However, in this season of social distancing have you adapted your message to suite an online audience? In the absence of a physical altar call, how do you get your audience to take drastic action to surrender their life to Christ?

Watch the clip and develop a 20 minute recording on the topic- Who is Jesus?
Your message is to be delivered to 100 unbelievers from different demographics concluding with an online altar call. The best selling book states: we preach the word of God with sincerity and with Christ's authority, knowing that God is watching us. (2 Corinthians 2:17 NLT). God uses us to spread the knowledge of Christ everywhere, like a sweet perfume. (2 Corinthians 2:14 NLT). A few pointers for your good news (who is Jesus?) recording.

Listen to your recording and ask yourself one question - if I didn't know the speaker would I be compelled to know more about Jesus and surrender my life to Christ. If you can't convince you then ask why not? Improve your message. Don't forget the bookshelf backdrop. 😄

Constantly review and improve your message delivery to suit current times and circumstances. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings. (Proverbs 22:29 KJV).

You will present before kings!

Billy Graham had his style of delivery and we thank God for his life. What is your style of delivery and does it come across like a sweet perfume?

You cannot serve God and mammon

You cannot serve God and mammon!

“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money, possessions, fame, status, or whatever is valued more than the Lord]. (Matthew 6:24 AMP).

These things dominate the thoughts of unbelievers all over the world, but your Father already knows your needs. (Luke 12:30 NLT).

Certainly, the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people who have set their hearts on getting rich have wandered away from the Christian faith and have caused themselves a lot of grief. (1 Timothy 6:10 God’s Word Translation).

But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. (Matthew 6:33 AMP).

Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes. (Romans 12:2 TPT).

You cannot do this without the power of the Holy Spirit. For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God. (Romans 8:14 NLT), another translation states: the mature children of God are those who are moved by the impulses of the Holy Spirit. (TPT).

You’ve got to take drastic action to renew your mind by reading, studying and meditating on the word of God. Thereafter, pray!

Are you being led by the Holy Spirit or the god of mammon?
You can’t worship the true God while enslaved to the god of money!” (Matthew 6:24 TPT).

You do 4 and He will do 3!

If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14 NKJV).

There are four conditions that we must complete before God responds:

1. Humble ourselves: whilst on house arrest have you been fasting? On the contrary you’ve put on weight. I have. David stated: I humbled my soul with fasting. (Psalm 35:13 AMP).

2. Pray: we need to pray from a position of complete brokenness, with a contrite heart.

3. Seek His face: seek the presence of God. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the Lord. (Hosea 10:12 NLT), another translation: break up your uncultivated ground, for it is time to seek and search diligently for the Lord [and to long for His blessing]. (Hosea 10:12 AMP).

4. Turn from our wicked ways: failing to pray and fast regularly is a sin. Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it. (James 4:17 NLT), study Matthew 25:31-46 (Final Judgement) and Luke 10:30-37 (Good Samaritan). The sin of omission. Sin is sin. If I am honest, there is a bit of pot calling the kettle black, but I now realise there is wickedness on both sides. (source: extracted from the teaching of Derek Prince on ruling by prayer).

Whilst on lock down put your house in order. It is great that you are following government guidelines to wash your hands but whilst under house arrest, please also follow the Lord’s guidelines to wash your soul. Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life. (James 4:8 The Passion Translation).

Once the four conditions have been completed by all of us (the people), then God will:

1. Hear from heaven
2. Forgive our sins
3. Heal our land

Note: God says my people, i.e. all children of God, all believers have to genuinely commit to completing the first four conditions and once everyone has complied, then God does His part. It is not a remnant of the body of Christ doing all four conditions - all of us have to participate.

You do 4 and God will do 3.
It’s not do 2.5 and God will do 3. No!
We must all do 4 and God will do 3!

Have you really been saved?
What is your understanding of salvation?

You cannot go about your Father's business unless you fully understand the business.

Where are you?

Where were you before the lockdown?
Where are you now?
Where will you be post lockdown?

Where are you?

Where are you?

Where are you?
30 “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me. Matthew 12:30 (NLT).
30 So join with me, for if you’re not on my side you are against me. And if you refuse to help me gather the spoils, you are making things worse. (TPT).
30 He who is not with Me [once and for all on My side] is against Me; and he who does not [unequivocally] gather with Me scatters. (AMP).
30 “This is war, and there is no neutral ground. If you’re not on my side, you’re the enemy; if you’re not helping, you’re making things worse. (MSG).

Once again- where are you?

It is he who dwells

It is he who dwells.
It is he who resides.
It is he who lives.
It is not he who visits once a month or once a year.
It is not he who has a fleeting relationship.
Psalms 91 is only effective if you have a permanent relationship!
Do you have a permanent relationship with Jesus?

Do not hold onto Psalms 91 now and then post Covid-19 return to type.

It is great that you are following government guidelines to wash your hands for at least twenty seconds but whilst under house arrest, please also follow the Lord’s guidelines to wash your soul!
Move your heart closer and closer to God, and he will come even closer to you. But make sure you cleanse your life. (James 4:8 The Passion Translation).

Whilst under house arrest, put your house in order:

Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary. You were God’s expensive purchase, paid for with tears of blood, so by all means, then, use your body to bring glory to God! (1 Corinthians 1:19 - 20 The Passion Translation).

What is the greatest sermon ever preached during a global lockdown?

The word of God states that: All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honourably with personal integrity and moral courage]; (2 Timothy 3:16 The Amplified Bible).

But where can we find the perfect scripture for the greatest sermon ever preached during a global lockdown?
It is found in the book of…

Don't be ashamed of your past!

Many years later, when Moses had grown up, he went out to visit his own people, the Hebrews, and he saw how hard they were forced to work. During his visit, he saw an Egyptian beating one of his fellow Hebrews. 12 After looking in all directions to make sure no one was watching, Moses killed the Egyptian and hid the body in the sand. (Exodus 2:11-12 NLT).
Moses was a murderer.

Now Jephthah of Gilead was a great warrior. He was the son of Gilead, but his mother was a prostitute. (Judges 11:1 NLT). Jephthah is recorded in the bible as one of Israel’s judges. But the writer of Judges introduces him as a child of a whore.

So the next morning David wrote a letter to Joab and gave it to Uriah to deliver. 15 The letter instructed Joab, “Station Uriah on the front lines where the battle is fiercest. Then pull back so that he will be killed.” 16 So Joab assigned Uriah to a spot close to the city wall where he knew the enemy’s strongest men were fighting. 17 And when the enemy soldiers came out of the city to fight, Uriah the Hittite was killed along with several other Israelite soldiers.
(2 Samuel 11: 14-17 NLT).
When Uriah’s wife heard that her husband was dead, she mourned for him. 27 When the period of mourning was over, David sent for her and brought her to the palace, and she became one of his wives. Then she gave birth to a son. But the Lord was displeased with what David had done.
(2 Samuel 11: 26-27 NLT).
David was a shepherd boy and a murderer.

Saul was one of the witnesses, and he agreed completely with the killing of Stephen. (Acts 8:1). 3 But Saul was going everywhere to destroy the church. He went from house to house, dragging out both men and women to throw them into prison. (Acts 8:1 & 3 NLT).
10And this is just what I did in Jerusalem; I not only locked up many of the saints (God’s people) in prison after receiving authority from the chief priests, but also when they were being condemned to death, I cast my vote against them. 11 And I often punished them [making them suffer] in all the synagogues and tried to force them to blaspheme; and in my extreme rage at them, I kept hunting them even to foreign cities [harassing and persecuting them]. (Acts 26: 10-11 AMP)
Saul was a murderer.

Simon Peter was a fisherman.

The world looks at the your past to determine your future. God looks at your past and says you are more than qualified for the future. Don’t be ashamed of your past!

If God can use Moses, Jephthah, David, Paul and Peter- He can use you!
Your past is not a barrier to the future.

Don’t let the devil remind you of your past. Whenever the devil reminds you of your past, remind him of his future:  "Get away from me! You are under God's curse. Go into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels! (Matthew 25:41 Contemporary English Version).

What other acts of faith can you demonstrate?

14 My dear brothers and sisters, what good is it if someone claims to have faith but demonstrates no good works to prove it? How could this kind of faith save anyone? 15 For example, if a brother or sister in the faith is poorly clothed and hungry 16 and you leave them saying, “Good-bye. I hope you stay warm and have plenty to eat,” but you don’t provide them with a coat or even a cup of soup, what good is your faith? 17 So then faith that doesn’t involve action is phony. (James 2:14-17 The Passion Translation).
Faith without works is dead. (James 2:26)

Captain Tom Moore, a 99 year old army veteran aims to raise £1,000 ($1,250) for the National Health Service. Whilst on lock down he decides to do a hundred laps of his garden. As of the time of writing he has raised a staggering £25,000,000 ($31,250,000).

99 years old! This is a demonstration of faith in spades.

Whilst on lock down, instead of worrying about how you can receive, focus on what you can give. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”(Acts 20:33 NLT).

In addition, to praying for our front line health professionals and clapping at 8pm on Thursdays- what other acts of faith can you demonstrate?

Do you really know God?

Dear friends, let us continue to love one another, for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. 8But anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. (1 John 4:7-8 NLT).
In The Amplified bible:7 Beloved, let us [unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves [others] is born of God and knows God [through personal experience]. 8 The one who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love. [He is the originator of love, and it is an enduring attribute of His nature.]. But anyone who does not love does not know God.

There are nine fruits of the Spirit of which the first one is love. (Galatians 5:22).
But anyone who does not love does not know God.

And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’ 31 The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these.” (Mark 12:30-31 NLT).
Love God and love your neighbour as yourself!
But anyone who does not love does not know God.

The three most important things to have are faith, hope and love. But the greatest of them is love.
But anyone who does not love does not know God. (1 Corinthians 13:13 NIRV).

To wrap up, owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. (Romans 13:8 NKJV).

Cooperate With the Laws of God - Andrew Wommack

An absolute must watch on the spiritual laws of God.
I pray you are truly blessed!

Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Growth

Pray this prayer every day for one year
14So I kneel humbly in awe before the Father of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah, 15the perfect Father of every father and child in heaven and on the earth. 16And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power.
17Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.
18–19Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!
20Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.
21Now we offer up to God all the glorious praise that rises from every church in every generation through Jesus Christ—and all that will yet be manifest through time and eternity. Amen! (Ephesians 3:14-21 The Passion Translation).
Amen.

Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Wisdom and Revelation

Pray this prayer every day for one year
16My heart is always full and overflowing with thanks to God for you as I constantly remember you in my prayers. 17 I pray that the Father of glory, the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, would impart to you the riches of the Spirit of wisdom and the Spirit of revelation to know him through your deepening intimacy with him.
18I pray that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling—that is, the wealth of God’s glorious inheritances that he finds in us, his holy ones!
19I pray that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith. Then your lives will be an advertisement of this immense power as it works through you! This is the mighty power that was released when God raised Christ from the dead and exalted him to the place of highest honor and supreme authority in the heavenly realm! 21And now he is exalted as first above every ruler, authority, government, and realm of power in existence! He is gloriously enthroned over every name that is ever praised, not only in this age, but in the age that is coming!
22And he alone is the leader and source of everything needed in the church. God has put everything beneath the authority of Jesus Christ and has given him the highest rank above all others23And now we, his church, are his body on the earth and that which fills him who is being filled by it! (Ephesians 1: 16-23 The Passion Translation).
Amen.

You’ve got the scepter!

A scepter is a decorated stick that is carried by a queen or king during some official ceremonies as a symbol of their authority.
(Source: https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/scepter)

Then Jesus came close to them and said, “All the authority of the universe has been given to me.19 Now go in my authority and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. 20 And teach them to faithfully follow all that I have commanded you. And never forget that I am with you every day, even to the completion of this age.” (Matthew 28:19-20 TPT).

The scepter has been handed over to the body of Christ, the church, YOU.
You’ve got the scepter!

The objective of man is clearly stated in the beginning of the book Genesis 1: 28:
Fill Earth! Take charge! (MSG).
Fill the earth and govern it. (NLT).
Fill the earth and subdue it. (NKJV).
19 Now go in my authority……
You’ve got the scepter!

I will give you the keys (authority) of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth will have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth will have [already] been loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19 AMP).

Delegatus non potest delegare! (A delegate cannot delegate!).

Can you think of a mountain that you could bind?

Who is the number 1 celebrity in the world today?

A celebrity is a very famous person, a widely known person (source: vocabulary.com).
There are 2.3 billion Christians (followers of Christ) in the world today.
Therefore, our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ is easily the biggest celebrity on the planet today and forever more.
And for such a time as this, His message would be:  But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expectlife in its fullness until you overflow! (John 10:10 TPT). "I am the light for the world! Follow me, and you won't be walking in the dark. You will have the light that gives life." (Mark 8:12 CEV).

For such a time as this, if you are looking for a celebrity to follow, look no further:

Can somebody shout Jesus!!

Tuesday 14 April 2020

He said GO!

18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matthew 28:18-20 NKJV).

Verse 19: says GO!

It is an order, a commandment.

Jesus has been given ALL the power and authority in heaven and on earth but he is now instructing the body of Christ, YOU, to go and carry on where He left off. He is handing the baton to you. Jesus is now seated at the right hand of God! Job done!

In Genesis 1, we learn that God created man on the sixth day and told man to be fruitful and govern the earth. On the seventh day, God had finished his work of creation and He rested. Job done!

Fast forward to the New Testament, Jesus retrieves the baton from the defeated devil and confirms that He has been given ALL the power and authority in heaven and on earth. However, like God in the Old Testament, he is telling the body of Christ, you to GO and

Be fruitful- save souls! Heal the sick! Raise the dead!
Govern- rule the earth! What you deem to be unlawful, incorrect- you can bind it.

He has delegated the power and authority to us, the church, YOU!
Jesus last words before departing earth: “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:15-18 NKJV).

And these signs will follow those who believe…

Do you believe?
