You’ve got the scepter!

A scepter is a decorated stick that is carried by a queen or king during some official ceremonies as a symbol of their authority.

Then Jesus came close to them and said, “All the authority of the universe has been given to me.¹⁹ Now go in my authority and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. ²⁰ And teach them to faithfully follow all that I have commanded you. And never forget that I am with you every day, even to the completion of this age.” (Matthew 28:19-20 TPT).

The scepter has been handed over to the body of Christ, the church, YOU.

You’ve got the scepter!

The objective of man is clearly stated in the beginning of the book Genesis 1: 28:

Fill Earth! Take charge! (MSG).

Fill the earth and govern it. (NLT).

Fill the earth and subdue it. (NKJV).

¹⁹ Now go in my authority……

You’ve got the scepter!

I will give you the keys (authority) of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth will have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth will have [already] been loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:19 AMP).

Delegatus non potest delegare! (A delegate cannot delegate!).

Can you think of a mountain that you could bind?

It is the only offensive weapon

God has given YOU the keys.

One of the pivotal principles of administrative law: that a delegate cannot delegate.

Jesus summoned His twelve disciples and gave them authority and power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and every kind of sickness. (Matthew 10:1 The Amplified Bible).

Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority. (Luke 10:19 The Passion Translation).

And He called the twelve [disciples] and began to send them out [as His special messengers] two by two, and gave them authority and power over the unclean spirits. (Mark 6:7 The Amplified Bible).

God has given YOU the authority!
